The tiger crisis has begun long back. It is in its peak now in India. Only 1411 tigers are remaining in India. We should not allow the beautiful, majestic animals to perish. The diminishing number of tigers is clearly indicating that the health our forests require a thorough check up.
Tiger is a unique animal that balances the ecosystem. The extinction of this beautiful cat will collapse our ecosystem. So it is important to "Save Tigers to Save Forests".
Tigers depend on Herbivorous animals like deers, wild buffaloes, wild pig and antelopes for their food. These animals depend on wild trees, grass etc.If we save Tigers then we are saving the entire forest.
If the forests are saved we are ensuring a good rainfall throughout the year. So the rivers are protected and the groundwater is recharged. Soil is enriched. Agriculture is revived. There will be no Hunger and no Poverty. We get water in our taps in our homes. So humanity is saved.
