Teaching Science through Stories (Part-2)

Below is a simple story connecting scientific facts and moral values in picture format:
The Title of the Story: Be Yourself; 
 It is about a young and curious boy learning by inquiry. 
The story is written in such a way that it brings out the scientific importance of natural elements to mankind like trees, mountains, rivers, flowers etc.
The learning outcome will be to kindle towards exploration, enthusiasm, spirit of adventure, and scientific inquiry.
Certain important scientific facts like:
  • Flowers contain nectar, which is useful as honey for man.
  • River water contains dissolved oxygen, which is useful for fishes to breathe
  • Trees give out oxygen, essential for sustaining living things on this earth
  • Mountains bring out rain etc.
