Be Wise to Exercise


Today, a lot of people sit throughout the day in offices in front of their PCs and students with their books and forget the importance of regular physical exercise. House wives need not have to exert or shed their weight as there are several gadgets to ease their household activities. Therefore no effort is needed to do any work whether in office or at home or in the school.

Several lifestyle diseases are attacking the people due to sedentary life style. The Lifestyle diseases are heart diseases, obesity, Type 2 diabetes, COPD, renal failure, osteoporosis and stroke. Diet, poor lifestyle, drug abuse, alcohol drinking, smoking, and lack of exercise are the reasons for developing these diseases.
In the present day one has to study well to perform in examinations in school or college. Similarly one has to be a multi- tasking individual in offices. House wives have to go on shopping for her home needs, kid’s needs and her personal needs. She has to maintain the house clean and neat, cook balanced diet and help kids in their studies and so on. 
It is necessary that we have to keep our body healthy. Healthy body will have healthy mind. The mind and the body are inter-related. So health each depends on the other. A healthy man is a happy man. His mind is always positive. He is inclined to take up any difficult task. He is inclined to serve others. A man with a sound body is optimistic. He goes ahead.  













Benefits of Exercising:
Exercising our body regularly prevent diseases. If we exercise regularly our immunity level is boosted and reduces the risk of heart diseases, high blood pressure, diabetes and other diseases. It can improve our appearance and delay the aging process.
Exercising our body regularly improves stamina. Exercising makes the body efficient. Even big task can be done with ease in a short time. Heart rate, BP and sugar level are maintained at constant levels.
Exercising regularly tones up the muscles, bones and ligaments for increased strength and endurance. Exercising corrects our posture. Our muscles become more firm and toned. We feel better & look better.
Exercising regularly improves our flexibility, reduces the chance of injury and improves balance and coordination.
Exercising regularly helps us to lose weight because we burn off more calories.
Exercising regularly improve the quality of our life. Exercising reduces stress, lifts moods, and helps us to sleep better. It can keep us looking and feeling younger throughout our entire life.


When we exercise, our body releases a chemical called endorphins. These endorphins interact with the receptors in our brain that reduce the feelings of pain. Endorphins also trigger a positive feeling in the body.It gives a positive and energizing outlook on life.
More than all these benefits, our human body is like a big machine comprising small and simple machines like levers, pulleys, screws, nuts, etc. All the individual parts of the body should work interacting with each other in a coordinated way.

Each individual part of the body is a simple machine. So each part of the body must be exercised and used to make our human body work efficiently. If we don’t use or exercise our body parts, we will lose them. Our muscles will become flabby and weak. Our heart and lungs won't function efficiently. The joints will become stiff and easily injured. Inactivity is also a serious health risk…. Beware….


If we exercise we will cherish good health and wellbeing. If not, we will perish…. After all, health is only the true wealth.
