Today,
a lot of people sit throughout the day in offices in front of their PCs and
students with their books and forget the importance of regular physical
exercise. House wives need not have to exert or shed their weight as there are
several gadgets to ease their household activities. Therefore no effort is
needed to do any work whether in office or at home or in the school.
Several
lifestyle diseases are attacking the people due to sedentary life style. The
Lifestyle diseases are heart diseases, obesity, Type 2 diabetes, COPD, renal
failure, osteoporosis and stroke. Diet, poor lifestyle, drug abuse, alcohol

other. A healthy man is a happy man. His mind is always positive. He is inclined
to take up any difficult task. He is inclined to serve others. A man with a
